I have purchased LG washing machine 10kg Automatic. The wash quality is worst. When I contacted LG care they informed me that your tub cleaning is necessary and you will be charged Rs. 1500 plus transportation. It is company fault.

@LGIndia @jagograhakjago @Grahak_suraksha Service person checked and said that you have to pay for tub cleaning. I replied that this is not permanent solution. It is company's fault. LG is cheating people largely by such planned fault and service charges. I want permanent solution.

When I purchased this machine, they don't mention such useless things like regular tub cleaning is compulsory. Otherwise I will not buy it. Under warranty period, you have to pay for company's fault. Stop cheating people
