How about double elimination where the higher seeds start with a 1-0 series lead and force the lower seed to win 2 in a row to advance? One home, one away game

@andrew_wiebe You’re right it doesn’t absolve the performances but what’s the point of playing 34 games and have a 6 week offseason if you’re gonna let a team that finishes closer to the bottom than top get TWO chances for an upset in a win or go home format?
