The British Nutrition Foundation Prize is awarded annually to a person for their outstanding achievement in an area of nutrition over a number of years.
Prof. Lovegrove, who was nominated for the Prize for her contribution to nutritional sciences has published over 300 scientific papers and made a major contribution to establishing the relevance of dietary fat quality in the development and prevention of cardiometabolic disease.
