Today, the Supreme Court unanimously decided that Twitter will not be held liable for terrorist speech spread on the platform. Justice Clarence Thomas stated that “[the] allegations are insufficient to establish that these defendants (Twitter) aided and abetted ISIS”.

Within the past decade, Oregon saw a rise in domestic violent extremism incidents. To combat the rising numbers, the House defined domestic terrorism and authored two bills, one of which makes domestic terrorism a felony.
