Coach Highlight: Jake Ball
Jake is the lead coach for Silver 1 & Gold 2 at NCAP Marymount. With 10 years of experience, his athletes have achieved Age Group, Sectional, and Futures time standards. Jake coached himself to the 2021 US Trials.

Erin Gemmell had another BIG swim on night #3 @ Jr Pan Pacs. She finished the 400m free in a 4:05.07, obliterating the meet record and earning 6th on the All Time US 17-18 Age Group list. She helped Team USA claim gold and another record in the 4 x 100 free relay. Congrats, Erin!
On night #2, Erin Gemmell set a new 100 free Jr Pan Pac record w/ a blazing time of 54.13, moving her to #6 All-Time in the US 17-18 AG. She also split a blistering 1:54.86 on the 4 x 200 free relay, catapulting the US foursome to GOLD and a meet record! Congrats, Erin!
🔥Congratulations to Erin Gemmell! She captured gold in the 200m freestyle on the first night of finals at Jr Pan Pacs in Honolulu, HI! Her time of 1:56.15 took down one of the oldest standing Jr Pan Pac Records by 1.58 seconds. Way to go, Erin!💥

This quartet of young men (Mason Menz, Matthew Rose, Andrew Vanas and Jackson Tishler) broke the PVS Resident and Open Records in the 13-14 800 Free Relay with a new time of 7:00.92, beating the old record (set by NCAP back in 2014) by just over two seconds! Way to go, boys!
