@IRCTCofficial its almost 15 days that I cancelled my online booked tickets and my refunds are still not paid.. Your customer care numbers never connect nor there is any reply on the email I sent. I need my refunds and should not be chasing your team for it.

@ola_supports @ola_supports @Olacabs is nowadays extorting money. For toll tax of 26rs,they billed 248rs & since 6th sep 2020,ola has not responded to my complaint! I have proofs of toll tax paid for same route - ola has failed to explain the reason! What a SHAME!
