Newcastle Creates is a voice for culture in Newcastle. We believe everyone in our city should have access to culture and the chance to experience its benefits
The AGM was adjourned to tomorrow, Thursday 19 September, 12-1pm. We are not required to meet a quorum for this meeting, but we’d like you to come along and be involved in our progress on to the next chapter. Find out more and book tickets: https://t.co/AjgDxPeQp0
Unfortunately, at our AGM last week we didn't meet our quorum of 25%. This means we were unable to carry out the business part of our meeting, which includes signing off our annual accounts and passing an extraordinary resolution to close the co-operative society. 1/2
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately we’ve decided to cancel both the EGM and the Communication and Comedy event that was due to take place on Thursday.
We'd like to thank those involved for volunteering their time. Apologies for the short notice, and for any inconvenience caused.
