Highlights of 2022
When Spring arrived and to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Northern Ceramic Society we opened an exhibition featuring all things floral with many items loaned by NCS members from their own collections.

The theme of #Museum30 today is WINTER so we are sharing a stylish example of Midwinter Pottery @FitzMuseum_UK
Teapot, shape designed by Eve Midwinter, decorated with ‘Confetti’ pattern, c.1983-87.
In 2014 ‘Blood Swept Lands and Seas of Red’ @HRP_palaces marked 100 years since Britain's involvement in the First World War. Created by Paul Cummins and Tom Piper, 888,246 ceramic poppies filled the Tower of London’s famous moat.
