Traveling with wife, baby and dog. Arrived at airport in perfect time, after nap, baby in great mood. Flight cancelled as we start boarding. Air Canada repurposed our plane to rescue earlier flight

This is the level of outage response I expect from a 2 person start up, not a multi billion dollar company.
