It's another MEET DAY at the NCCAA National Championships in South Carolina 👏

NCU has athletes competing in the shot put at 11:00 AM, the 400 meter run at 1:15 PM, and in the women's and men's 4 x 400 relays at 3:55 PM and 4:10 PM.

Men's and women's track and field are headed to St. Paul to compete at the Holst Invite hosted by Concordia St. Paul! Field events start at 10:00 AM and running events at 11:00 AM!

Serena Lanes and Teagan Burch have earned Ram of the Week!

Serena ran a 1:04.27 in the 400 meter as well as a 14.47 in the 100 meter dash at Bethel.

Last week, Teagan had a batting average of 0.667, went 8 - 12 from the plate, scored 3 total runs, and had 5 RBI.
