Teaching is so tough because you are inundated with feedback. Not from your bosses, but from your students. Whether you like it or not, they’ll tell you what they think. It’s refreshing but overwhelming. The key is synthesizing the data and adjusting without letting it get to you

So those kids who act “hard headed”...we work with them too. And they will remember.
