🚨 NEW: NHS England accused of not taking serious delays in deaf children being diagnosed by @CamillaKingdon, who led inquiry into the scandal last year. Hundreds of children have been permanently harmed and today the @NDCS_UK says 50,000 are still being delayed up to 3 years 1/n
