Complete Statement: His Excellency the President of Religious Affairs at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Prof. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz Al-Sudais, condemned the Houthi attacks against the sacred sites, stressing that such acts are contrary to religious and humanitarian values, constitute a flagrant violation of international norms and conventions, and reflect an aggressive approach that contradicts the teachings of Islam, which call for the preservation of life, the protection of blood, and the prohibition of aggression and corruption on earth.
His Excellency emphasized that targeting the sacred sites, which hold immense sanctity and status in the hearts of Muslims, exposes the true nature of this aggressive approach, disproves the claims and slogans raised by the aggressors, and reveals the stark contradiction between their rhetoric and their actions and practices.
His Excellency said: “The sacred sites possess immense sanctity and a distinguished place in the hearts of Muslims. Allah Almighty has exalted their sanctity, and Islamic law has strongly prohibited aggression and declared sacred the lives, wealth, and honour of people.”
Allah Almighty says:
“And do not transgress. Indeed, Allah does not love the transgressors.”
And He says:
“And do not cause corruption upon the earth after it has been set right.”
The Prophet ﷺ said:
“Everything belonging to a Muslim is sacred to another Muslim: his blood, his wealth, and his honour.”
His Excellency stressed that these attacks require even greater solidarity and unity, rallying around the wise leadership, strengthening national cohesion, and recognising the shared responsibility of safeguarding the security of the nation, the sacred sites, and its resources. He also warned against rumours and attempts to spread division and undermine trust, citing the words of Allah Almighty:
“And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided.”
His Excellency explained that unity of ranks, national solidarity, and cooperation in confronting dangers and challenges are among the sources of strength and resilience. He added that during times of turmoil and crisis, it is a duty to remain united, stay away from rumours, avoid being drawn into anything that may provoke division and instability, and obtain information only from reliable and trustworthy sources.
His Excellency prayed to Allah Almighty to protect the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, its leadership and its people; to perpetuate upon it the blessings of security, faith, and stability; to safeguard the sacred sites, the security personnel, and all those serving and protecting them; to repel the plots of the aggressors; to protect our country and the lands of the Muslims from trials and evil; and to preserve the safety and stability of the nation and its people.

“Pegang hatiku Ya Allah. Hanya Engkau lah tempat aku mengadu.”
Most of us don't know what we should say during Salat Al-janaaza (prayer for the deceased):
1- After the First Takbeer : Recite Surat Al-Fatiha.
2-After the Second Takbeer: Salat Al-Ibrahimiyya (Allahumma Salli Alaa Muhammad Wa Alaa Aali Muhammad....to the end).
3-After the Third Takbeer: Pray for the dead but according how it is narrated from our Prophet ﷺ. One of them is:(Allahummagfir lahuu warhamhu wathabbit-hu Alal qawlu Athaabit).
4- Then lastly after the Fourth Takbeer: Say: (Allahumma laa tuharrimnaa ajrahuu wa laa taftinna ba'adahuu)
And you should pray for all Muslims.
5- And lastly end the prayer with one Salaam to the right (Just once).
Please share if you think its right for the benefit of others.
May Allah forgive our sins and grant us all a good end...
