I made an erroneous payment of KSh 2,200 via @FamilyBankKenya Paybill 222111 on Jan 25 and reported it on Jan 26.
I was later informed the refund had been processed on Jan 28. However, despite several WhatsApp and email follow-ups,still no money. see attached screenshots.
