I don’t like to think of myself as #disabled; the term carries so much #stigma and #shame due to widespread misinformation and misunderstanding. But I am, and, in moments like this, when I’m facing my #disability head in, I need to pause and honor my needs.
There are at least two neurodivergent students in my Animal Science class; I got to cutting up with my group member last week. This is going to be a fun class.
