@XBOXSupport Yeah we're also having trouble watching game trailers in the store and on the GamePass hub... Been going on for over a year.

Also multiple reports of game downloads just stopping for no reason and requiring a console restart to resume.

@PassiveProphet I mean, as others have said, it's a pre-orders beta. It made it into the top 50 on Steam and the top 10 on Twitch.

Do this comparison again when the full open beta runs and we'll see which games numbers go up, and which goes down I guess.

@JezCorden Haven't tried PVP as of yet. But the shotgun in PVE feels useless. Standard enemies taking 4/5 blasts to kill but I'm downed in 2/3 by theirs.

@ivvanex It's worse than you think. They don't just want you streaming games. They want you to have a Rockstar subscription or an Ubisoft subscription... No platforms just direct from the developer.

Let's just ignore that streaming games doesn't work unless you're on a tech campus.

They can't even play the "affordable" card, now or, in the foreseeable future.

Customers are saying we still want the option of physical media. Sony are saying "we don't care".

A big part of the appeal of Consoles is discs. Swapping, lending, selling and buying pre-owned.

Without discs a console is just a shitty PC. Locked down and in a walled garden.
