Nutritional Development Services Community Food Program of @ArchPhilly provides food & related resources to those in need throughout Greater Philadelphia area.
NDS partnered with Strawberry Mansion Community Development Corporation to do a produce distribution on Saturday for people of the neighborhood. 100 bags were packed with lot of smiles and a variety of produce.
Last week NDS gave out 75 bags full of produce to guests coming to the food cupboard of the Patrician Society of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Norristown. Peaches, yams, bananas, corn, lettuce, tomatoes, and strawberries were included in the bags.
Kids at St. Francis de Sales School in #Philly are ready for a “summer of kindness” - and healthy eating - thanks to @SummerMealsNDS. At today’s official program blessing, kids pledged to take specific actions to “change the flavor” of the world for the better.
