@BromleyLFB Today we had a gathering at the shed and had former Bromley appliances NYV 705Y & NYV 729Y alongside each other. DPL729 had its first run out since June 2023 due to having a gearbox replacement, fingers crossed she’s fighting fit again!

Took the former @CDDFRS foam tender along to Crook Fire Station Open day last Saturday (04/05) - cracking day and fantastic effort from all who helped raise £1000+ for the firefighters charity 👏🏻

Was going so great our run out until towards the end of the day the gearbox in the London Dennis decided to fail! Completely lost drive and wouldn’t change through the gears. Managed to get it back to the yard but looking like a long wait to sort! 🚒💨
