@itsginnydi Long ago, I had a half-elf rogue in a D&D game. Orcs took over the city, he was arrested and questioned about something, and they bobbed one of his ears as a joke.

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@MellieDM I did, once.

It was not receptive.

I believe the direct quote was, "Screw you, pale slug man, I will burn you to ash."

[Chaucer Doth Tweet @LeVostreGC]

I will live by my own policies
I will sleep with a clear conscience
I will sleep in peace -
Maybe it sounds mean
But I really don't think so,
You asked for the truth and I told you;
Through their own words
They will be exposed
They've got a severe case of

@jonrog1 My dude, I just turned 55 and I love that show.

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@drgonzo123 Did they mean the same things?

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@drgonzo123 I once strained my neck and couldn't turn my head for two days. How, you ask? I yawned wrong.

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@AlexBledsoe @boymonster One thing we learned from that, though, is that the franchise can recover.

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@MellieDM In life, we set our own victory conditions. Revel in your triumph!

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@drgonzo123 THIS time it'll sort itself out, and end well, right?

...right?

Cam Banks is a great game designer. I love his games.

More importantly, he's a welcoming, inclusive, supportive, positive voice in the industry.

And in life.

I am proud to be his friend.

@straczynski Just started rereading this run. This is what got me back into Spider-Man comics.

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@GailSimone Can you make an exception for Cuban sandwiches?

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@scalzi I think that, when Poe's Law starts being invoked on certain topics, Molotov cocktails are certainly in the offing.

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@ProfBanks Ditto to both sentiments.

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@kennethhite My chain is shorter than I imagined:
0. Me
1. Francis Neal (great-grandmother)
2. William Merton Neal (great-grandfather)
3. George VI
4. Neville Chamberlain
5. Adolf Hitler

I have another path, replacing Molly Phair and William Stevenson for the first two steps.

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@straczynski I loved your ASM run. It was great to see Peter as a functional adult, having learned from his time as a hero and as a person. Just... doing his best to be a good man in a weird world. The reset broke my heart.

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@GregStolze @babyboymonaghan @LeavittAlone I mean, at least two questions.

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@bethklewis @LauraPAuthor I mean, I'm 54 and it still works on me, so...

[Rick Solid @Neal_Rick]

@ProfBanks People care about you and want you to be well and happy. Take care of yourself. Let us know how we can help.

@boymonster For me, it's important, but not a deal-breaker. If it's a system I like and I think fits the IP, I'm more likely to buy. If I don't like the system, or there seems to be a mismatch, I am less likely to buy.
