What is corporal punishment? It’s the use of physical punishment as a means of discipline: spanking, paddling, smacking, pinching, etc. Corporal punishment=physical punishment

What’s so bad about it? Research shows a 93% agreement that spanking is harmful. Harmful how? Studies show it can lead to lower IQ, damaged parent-child relationship, and various mental health issues, in addition to many other negative long-term effects.
