Iran was complying with the agreement until Trump pulled out in 2018 which was actually the reason they were close to a nuke and led to the need for this war in the first place. Trump failed twice.

Average 2-bedroom rent $90k a year, daycare for two kids is another $90k. That’s $300k post tax already without even allocating for food and other living expenses.
