Our advice is to replace the nebs in the time frame stipulated by the manufacturer and follow tight nebuliser hygiene practises. Please chat to your CF centre for more guidance

So important for nebs. 1) Priming dose is not the same as delivered dose which is potentially device & technique dependent. 2) Medication is given off label if delivered via an alternative device to that on SPC.
