I'm really confused as to why my account was suspended twice in such a short period of time. Even though I've always respected and complied with Etsy's rules.

Hopefully with this, I get a direct answer and solution from Etsy via my email [email protected]

After I found out that my account was suspended, I immediately submitted an appeal via the link that Etsy sent to my email, because I couldn't log in to the application.

In addition, I also included evidence of my appeal

Thank you for your quick response, I just wanted to say that On June 12th, my account was suspended for the first time, but on June 13th, it was successfully reinstate with the message "We determined it was suspended in error."

However, two days later, on June 15, 2026, my account was suspended again by Etsy for the second time.

And it remained the same as before. I received no prior notification from Etsy. @Etsy

It didn't take long, on June 13, 2026, for my account to be reactivated by Etsy, stating that "we determined it was suspended due to errors."

Of course, I was happy, because this allowed me to continue my business activities on Etsy.

I want to share a little story about my Etsy account which was suddenly suspended without any prior notification.

Honestly, I'm sad because most of my money is still there and trying to find a way to get my Etsy account reactivated by Etsy.
