it always makes me laugh when a character has a „likes” section on their wiki page and its like
likes:
- average thing
- average thing
- character they are in love with
@r_eneebee YESSS especially when Zanka is super stand-offish at first because he's scared of Jabber thinking he's weak, but slowly starts to realize he and Jabber aren't so different and that Jabber is terrified of intimacy. and he has a moment where he's like ohhhh we're one in the same
i've been reading bury our bones in the midnight soil by v.e. schwab and once i finish it i genuinely might write janka yuri based off it. jabber turning zanka and then becoming zankas first victim.
#janka but it's jabber letting vampire zanka feed from him bc he gets off on it. zanka is filled with all consuming guilt while jabber is slowly realizing he's in love with him while half-conscious from blood loss.

@hwa_YAKI@fairysong313 respectfully that's a little shocking to me. the "private bookmark" button is hard to miss... i mean it's literally right there. if you can type out an entire comment then i don't see how you can't just read the rest of the options. 😭
i'm not particularly fond of longer, completed works. totally respect them and depends on the work ofc, but i mostly read fic to unwind before bed, so my goldilocks zone is like 5k to 15k words. i also really like uncompleted works for the dopamine i get from update emails lol.
Your ongoing 100 chapters long work which are just a bunch of oneshots about different pairings should be each one a individual work and on a collection, instead of tagging 50 pairings and then make people having to go through each one to see the find the fic they want
I'll never understand why sex, erotica, and even porn is seen as "low-brow," lesser than, or otherwise vapid. We explore every other aspect of humanity in art. Why is sexual desire seen as less valid to explore or even something that makes someone less intelligent to explore?
So, Wattpad users. I’m sorry about your site—but pro-censorship mentalities are what sabotaged it, and they’re not welcome on the Archive.
You have to learn to defend even the offensive, or you end up giving up your rights one concession at a time based on what OTHERS object to.
