@SummitHealthHQ why are you coding annual visits 99214 when doctors spend at most 20 minutes,No new rx were prescribed,and no new diagnosis? Last years visit I was referred to a cardiologist given meds and that visit wasn’t event coded 99214. 🤦🏻‍♀️
