@jf2e@BBCMOTD Almost anywhere. He is a good defender and if a club doesn’t have to pay a transfer fee they can afford to pay him a high salary and/or a signing on fee. Lots of Premier league clubs would be interested as well as big European clubs
@BBCNews Can’t really delay the final. Wembley has events on the following week, and then Wembley is awash with concerts through the rest of June and July.
@BBCBreaking No guarantee that Burnham would win. The electorate is very savvy now and the anti Burnham vote will go to the party that has the best chance of beating him
@BBCSport Result doesn’t really make a difference, as Arsenal only need to beat Burnley and Crystal Palace, the later based on tonight’s performance won’t give them a game
@BBCMOTD How do they justify the salary? They can’t be getting that in through gate receipts, and will the TV companies pay a lot for the broadcasting right?
@clark_scot8907@BBCNews It’s nothing to do with the song or artist, which is ok, but not brilliant. The problem is that Israel shouldn’t be competing as the voting has become politicised. It wouldn’t surprise me if Israel won, as there will be Israeli supporters voting for it for political reasons
@Murf78615105@BBCNews It clearly isn’t, it’s anti Israeli, and is in response to what Israel has done over numerous years, not just in Gaza and Lebanon, but also the West Bank.
@Berezino5@BBCNews Nothing to do with that, most people are anti Israel, not anti Jewish. However the voting system means that Israeli supporters will vote for the song not because it’s particularly good, but because they want to show their support for Israel.
@BBCNews Israel shouldn’t be competing because it has become politicised. Everyone with a brain knows they will win, not down to how good the song is, but because Israeli supporters will vote in the various public ballots
@BBCNews Unfortunately Premier inn has lost its way. It’s now ridiculously expensive. They used to be my first choice but now can stay for less in better hotels. Staying in Hereford area at end of June and it would cost over £300 just for a room for 2 days
@ChimeraX2021@Kizzyetrance@EastMidRailway How is it not an answer. They normally run 8 trains between 6 and 10pm on a Sunday between London and Sheffield, today they ran 4. The 4 missing trains haven’t disappeared
@EastMidRailway@Kizzyetrance How can you say that when you know it isn’t true. Any person can easily look at the timetable you normally operate on a Sunday. I have looked at both the 17th and 24th May and between 6 and 10pm you run 8 trains, today you were running 4
@EastMidRailway@ejnewstead@Kizzyetrance The reality is you reduced the service not strengthen it. You only ran an hourly service whereas you normally run an half hourly service. So you reduced the service by 50% on the day of the London Marathon and a FA cup semi final and somehow didn’t expect chaos?
