Because designers & artists think at a different level, which most engineers will never understand.
But yes some engineers are artists themselves.
Art is holding the world together. Normies just don't know it yet, and maybe they never will.
i'm convinced the most interesting software of the next 5 years won't come from engineers
it'll come from designers and artists who finally have the tools to ship
the creative artisan arc is here. still early.

Signed up for @replymer a company that posts "human" replies on LinkedIn and X about your product. Seem good at the beginning but when I dug deep I found out what a scam it is.
They create random accounts and post replies on relevant X tweets. My concern is that they write like "someone actually used the product", which is straight up lying. You could reply by mentioning the product, but impersonating as a customer is absolutely crazy.
On top of it, the product is probably useless because every reply that you found out is posted 12 hrs after the original tweet is posted which means none of their replies get more than 5 views and almost every reply gets under "Probable spam" category of X.
@NeelSeth7 created a doc mentioning this completely -- https://t.co/gmdD0w0yUC
I hate how all these people contribute to dead internet theory and make internet less trustworthy

I’m committing ₹1 crore to Bihar cricket.
I was a cricketer growing up in Manigachi, a village in Darbhanga. Grew up with no support.
Today I’m launching Nath Foundation, named after my father Basuki Nath Choudhary, who I lost at 3.
Nath means sahara.
First action - fully sponsoring district-level cricket teams across my home, the Mithila region.
Starting in Darbhanga, then Madhubani and Sitamarhi — a fully sponsored team in each.
Each player gets full kit, year-round coaching, ground access, and travel to trials and tournaments. Everything covered.
Players picked at an open trial and match in Darbhanga, soon.
The talent is in our villages - precisely where I came from.
@cremieuxrecueil In this case, we found that this account and 3 of his friends were automating replies with agents.
Proofreading content with AI is fine, but programmatically engaging with human users is not (unless it’s a bot that a user summons like Grok).
After 3 weeks of a dr3yspell i finally got a new customer.
They sent me an email, we exchanged a few messages and then they subscribed.
That fast, so clean.
