@MobiKwik xtra is not functional since a week now but the irony is they have started accepting deposits; while withdrawals are closed.
Is there any issue related to insolvency? @MobiKwik , as no one replies over the mail nor on the ticket support.
Perfect spam recipe cooking in @MobiKwik, no clarity on the technical glitch nor support team answers any of the questions regarding when we would be able to withdraw the money.
On top of it they are closing all the tickets on their end without resolution.

I haven't been able to withdraw my money from the Xtra product in my Mobikwik account for the past 6 days, as it keeps showing a maintenance message. I'm concerned about a potential issue with MobiKwik and request @RBI to step in and help us ban @MobiKwik.
