This isn't even disputed, it's public knowledge. She joined 8Bit Creatives in November 2021 and S8UL around January 2022. She was simply telling her journey from a broader perspective. Calling this a lie because she rounded the timeline is deliberately misleading.

2𝐧𝐝 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌: She never said the scam started after Scout left. She only said she was disappointed with what was happening inside S8UL. Everyone knows about the Scout Mavi controversy, and Kaashvi openly supported Scout.

She never got the invoices from her manager. She first became suspicious after speaking to a brand, then investigated further. She also explained why she initially hesitated to confront or even speak to Mortal. After her statement, several creators also spoke about similar transparency issues across the industry.

3𝐫𝐝 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌: The FIR itself mentions the timeline, yet you ignored it.

You say the scam happened when everyone was still "family." Exactly. That's why nobody questioned it. Once she found discrepancies, her CA investigated the records up to 30 April 2025. Was she supposed to file a case before she even knew anything was wrong?

4𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌: Brand payments don't happen instantly. Revenue is recognised when services are performed, not when cash is received. That's why accounts receivable and payable exist.

Creators are often paid weeks or months after delivering work. Not understanding such a basic accounting concept while making these claims is embarrassing.

5𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐋𝐀𝐈𝐌: Your fifth slide claims loyalty after 2024 led to the scam after Scout's exit. When did she ever say that?

According to her, the discrepancies date back to 2023. After months of asking for transparency, she involved her lawyer and had her CA investigate.

Also, commercial fraud FIRs aren't registered like ordinary complaints. The complainant provides supporting material and the police conduct a preliminary inquiry before registration.

And for those claiming she's promoting her own agency, remember she directly named 8Bit Thug in her video. If she's lying, she risks a massive public defamation suit.

Instead of sympathy stories about managers, ask the owners to publicly say they knew nothing. And if everything was clean, why were they repeatedly calling to settle the matter outside court?

Tell your very humble and ethical owners to publicly deny that they were aware of the alleged misappropriation of funds and that the creator never approached them seeking transparency regarding her financial statements.

🚨BREAKING: Kaashvi has filed an FIR against 8bit Thug, alleging she was scammed in brand deals. She has also uploaded a detailed video explaining her side.

(For example to those who don't understand, a ₹10 lakhs brand deal was allegedly presented to her as worth only ₹6 lakhs. Then received only a percentage of that ₹6 lakhs, with the remaining amount allegedly retained by Thug and 8bit Creatives.) (This is just to explain for you guys)

Kaashvi says she later spoke to Mortal, who allegedly confirmed the actual deal value. She also claims Thug has since ghosted her and stopped responding.

The allegations primarily relate to brand deal payments and revenue distribution. As of now, these are allegations made by Kaashvi, and there has been no public response from 8bit Thug regarding these claims.
