@ProudBavaria Compared to the long Russia and Brandenburg streams I did after release, EU5 definitely feels slower to me now than it did several months ago.

While no president has ever self-pardoned before, legally it would likely be a “dead on arrival” type deal. The Supreme Court would rule a president can’t pardon themselves, given the implications otherwise.
