@narindertweets@MarinaPurkiss Regrettably this is just white noise to Lee, he doesn't listen, he doesn't care, he has his tax dodging bosses agenda and will push on for their good and not ours. They are very good at what they do, conning people.
@CatharineHoey@JeremyVineOn5 Do you think that the taxi driver would have passed his driving test had he got his phone out mid test? No. You shouldn't do it. MP's condoning such action as normal should also have a good look at themselves in the mirror.
@BBCNewsnight Because one party resonates to all family members this needs investigating? Maybe the other parties should have an investigation why they're not resonating in the same way??
@Alexarmstrong Deeply disturbing that voters voted, how undemocratic! Seems it's ok for gbnews to tell us how to vote until things don't go their way. Do one!
@DanielJHannan@ItsTaz1989 Nothing here is new information, the US went into this with their eyes wide open. The idea they were misled is ludicrous. None of this stops this being the right thing to do. The people of the Chagos Islands can go home after being evicted.
@LocalHistorian_@LBC Surely the demise of our High Street culture is down to wealthy PLC's wanting those butchers and bakers profits for themselves? Again, it comes back to the same argument that the wealthy are taking what they want regardless of the cost to the working people and their communities.
Factory farming of chickens killed the River Wye. Fact, not an exaggeration. Tonnes of chicken poo from millions of unfortunate chickens polluted the river, collapsed ecosystems and wiped out wildlife.
Now the same industry wants to do the same thing to Loch Ryan.
If half a million chickens, at a time - cooped up on hills above Stranraer, their poo only has one place to go. Downhill, into the loch.
Loch Ryan is home to one of Europe’s most important native oyster beds. It’s been protected for centuries. For good reasons. Once it is polluted, there is no easy way back. Do we want to give that up to the hideously cruel and polluting factory farming industry.
To see how this ends, we only need to look at the River Wye.
