Decided to spend some time working over the weekend and take a deep dive into the mechanics, while also identifying some of the key goals we want to achieve.

The main idea is to make actions feel engaging, rewarding, and genuinely interesting, while naturally encouraging conversations, questions, competition, and community interaction from every angle.

From my perspective, if I put myself in the shoes of a user:

"I want to be onboarded into something that feels exciting and valuable not something that feels forced, but something that feels worth participating in."

Every action should have a purpose.

It shouldn't just be another quest to complete;

it should educate the user, create curiosity, encourage exploration, and make them want to continue progressing through the ecosystem.

That's how we create long-term engagement instead of short-term participation.
