The Pakistani criminal was due to be deported but the court ruled that it would be “unduly harsh” to deport him due to his daughter's mental health.

This is pathetic.

The daughter worrying about her criminal father is not a 'disability' nor is it the taxpayer's problem.

The entire family should be sent back home along with him if the family should stay together.
