What if you move to VA for a job transfer on July 2? I live here now. Why do I get to keep my guns and you don’t? We’re both equal in the eyes of the law … right? How about enforcement? How will the state enforce a ban on non-serialized magazines? By serializing them all at citizens expense? Who will enforce this and how will they do it? The state police were just ordered not to assist ICE so they wouldn’t be taken away from core law enforcement duties. How does that hold up when state police now have to investigate violations of this new ban? “Ah sir, may I see your receipt for that magazine please?” Steps toward tyranny certainly will be difficult and time consuming. #sicsempertyrranis
