Scottish Govt announced that Independent contractor GPs in Scotland will get a 3% increase in 2018-19, compared with 2% for GPs in England. Independent contractor dentists (GDPs) will receive 2% net of expenses in Scotland

Now seen 5 valuations as provided by Scottish Govt under the new Sustainability Loan Scheme for GP Premises - all with significantly higher valuations than previously provided by external surveyors. I can see this causing an issue for partners selling or buying into GP premises
