@Fellwanderer82@suunto@Strava@rungapapp Cheers … all done. Looks like Strava are still having intermittent issues, so hopefully tomorrow we should be all good
Hey @suunto it’s been 6 hours and Suunto recorded activities have not been synced to @strava. As per usual not a beep from you folks on whether there is issue and just when I was considering upgrading to a Race S … maybe not
@Fellwanderer82@suunto@Strava Thanks Andy … when I checked the app, the Strava integration was missing. I have reconnected it and sadly still no joy. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting a few minutes ago and still no luck. I will be using @rungapapp until I can figure out what going on. Cheers
@robbo754@suunto It would be nice if they were proactive and transparent in their communication on these issues. But sadly that is and has never been their strong point. We all just fumbling about in the dark at the minute.
"The typical runner in marathon training focuses more on long-run mileage than on weekly mileage, but it’s better to do the opposite—and science proves it." https://t.co/I6uxeSz6MN
@steependdown @Sam_In_Manc @TreySimcik @Movescount @suunto@COROSGlobal No surprise that there has been no reply or assistance from @suunto, but I have established that in my case I could delete the activity from the Suunto App and synchronise again. It brought the complete data back into the app and then onto Strava and SmashRun, albeit a day late.
@steependdown @Sam_In_Manc @TreySimcik @Movescount Thanks @suunto for another brilliant Sunday experience. I have now lost the GPS/elevation/HR data for my 25km run today. What is the point of you guys if you can’t get the basics right. My iPhone would have done a better job. This is the last straw ... I am off to @COROSGlobal
Hey @suunto another Sunday and another crappy experience with my Suunto Baro 9 and Suunto App. Synched my run with the Suunto App. Run appears in the app, but when looking at the detail it tells me that the activity does not exist. No elevation data in Sports Tracker. No Strava
Hey @rungapapp today’s run that I imported from Sports Tracker came into RunGap with Running as the title (no locations) and no elevation or altitude data? Any suggestions or ideas. V2.23
@Rushirushworth @TreySimcik @suunto@Strava Today is the third Sunday in a row that it didn’t sync to Strava, just very frustrating and as @TreySimcik says ... they just don’t care. Fortunately I am able to export my run from @rungapapp which I use for integrating to other running apps in TCX format
