Nothing in spam and no response from Austria for two days. All very disappointing . Please use your influence to confirm if it has been dispatched, if not when it will be dispatched. It’s been a disaster from Day 1. Been waiting since Nov 25 when the order was placed

@ThreeUKSupport 333 advising to use app, app down, 444 won't allow me option 1 to top up. This after 3 months unlimited credit, now expired, in apology for not providing the service I joined for (5g, Cardiff). Result: I can't use my phone. Need to make urgent call. Please advise
