The HCT-FS provided reliable measures of the frailty status of allo-HSCT candidates that are associated with transplant outcomes, including OS and NRM.

• almost 450 benda pts
• benda: ⬇️ORR, ⬇️CRR, ➡️ PFS, OS
• benda had less CRS / ICANs / cytopenia
• NB more tisacel with benda
Interesting. Safety better with benda but seems to be some reduction in efficacy.
