@joe_yer99 A quick bit of googling will tell you the units do have kitchens & that there will be a village hub equipped with a communal kitchen, recreational areas, counselling rooms & exercise facilities. I imagine that will take a chunk of the budget

@is_glasgow Love your work. It's a fake ghost sign, however. It was put up by the Drugstore Social that occupied the premises before the present Brunch Club. It fitted their theme.
