@Converge_CSU internet outage since May 11. Third outage na ninyo in one month. Apektado ang work at school. Since 2018, eto ang pinakamalala ninyong service.

@Converge_CSU hindi kayo sumasagot ng kahit na anong detalye, and ewan ko san niyo hinugot yung No Connection. Nakakapagod ang Customer Service niyo. At no point may nagtanong kelan nagstart, ongoing pa rin po ba yung issue. Parang copy/paste lang responses.
