@RevolutApp your insurance partner is a scam. After a 1st claim where my docs were accepted without issues. They’re now rejecting the second claim claiming there is an issue with the same docs I sent as part of the first claim

I asked for a 3rd one they told me i had to get a digital appointment first which i did and it got cancelled 10min after it was supposed to start... no help from the Really idiotic customer service

@SamsungUK your customer service is appalling, I have been fighting with them for a week for a refund for the collection of an old appliance that didn't happen
Since there have been 2 issues they can't seem to figure it out & don't want to proceed with the refund. Just ridiculous
