Bwana IG,
I have seen that you have purported to order a thorough investigation into the abduction of Alex Kiprotich, the Associate Editor of the Standard Media Group.
That investigation, like all the others you have ordered, will go nowhere because it was done by police officers outside your command.
You are clueless about the operations of the National Police Service. I do have more information as to the happenings in the Service than you do. The National Police Service was taken over a long time ago by Mr. Kipchumba Murkomen and Mr. Raymond Omollo, with the concurrence of Mr. William Ruto; orders are directly issued to your DIG, Eliud Langat, and DCI Mohamed Amin.
You are just a flower girl leading a shell, and you will be sacrificed at the right time and blamed for the excesses in the Service.
Let me bring you up to speed.
Mr. Alex Kiprotich was preparing for an assignment in the Mau Forest, where thousands of Mau evictees from the Kipsigis community have been conned out of millions of shillings in compensation money by officials of the National Government Administration under the direction of Mr. Murkomen and Mr. Raymond Omollo. This money has been paid by the duo to their brokers and proxies.
Alex was to publish an exposé giving a blow-by-blow account of how the funds have been stolen, leaving the evictees helpless and in anguish.
A late-night meeting on Monday evening between Mr. William Ruto and Mr. Kipchumba Murkomen sealed the fate of Mr. Alex Kiprotich, where it was decided that he had to be stopped.
The DCI, Mr. Mohamed Amin, was instructed to put Alex under 24-hour surveillance. The DCI assembled a team headed by one Mr. Zachary Kariuki, who, though retired, has been recalled by Amin to coordinate this squad trained in abductions, killings, and cover-ups.
This is the team that abducted Alex Kiprotich and was instructed to abandon the earlier plan to eliminate him after the abduction was captured live and provoked public outrage.
This team of 60 rogue police killers is responsible for the abduction of businessman Jimmy in Mlolongo, as ordered by DIG Langat, Zizo Abdulaziz, Lawyer Molu, and killed Rachel Wandeto after you and Kipchumba Murkomen visited her in hospital.
That is why, even after Mr. William Ruto told Kenyans that the killers of Rachel Wandeto would be arrested, it has not happened and will not happen.
Bwana Kanja, before you order investigations into the abduction of Alex, kindly first release the findings of the previous investigations you ordered into the death of Rachel Wandeto, the attack on Witima ACK Church, the attack on Mwiki PCEA Church, the attack on Kariobangi PCEA Church, and the killings and mayhem in Ol Kalou, to name but a few.
You have no report to release because no investigations were carried out, and none will be carried out. You cannot investigate your seniors, and police cannot investigate themselves.
IPOA is dead, and the rule of law has been suspended.
I can see you crying at the International Criminal Court in The Hague next year.

The police reforms report must now be released,President @NelsonHavi. We will let @dkmaraga know, that Uniforms have been mistaken for Reforms. Kenya Kwanza thinks changing police uniforms REFORMS the @NPSOfficial_KE . Suluhu must have picked their shadow!
Seven days ago, I called on President William Ruto to discharge his constitutional and administrative duty to release the report of the National Taskforce on Police Reforms, which I submitted to him on 16 November 2023.
That call remains unanswered.
The President had before him the historic occasion of Katiba Day to release this report and set in motion its implementation. He let the moment pass.
I now have the solemn responsibility to make the report public. I am in the final stages of consultation with various stakeholders and shall communicate the next steps in due course.
Kenya deserves police institutions that serve and protect her people.

The President mistook Police Reforms for Police Uniforms, and unveiled the latter within the deadline you had given him.
Go ahead C J, and unveil the Police Reforms Report.

We argued this issue before the High Court at Kakamega, in the Malava By-Election petition.
The evidently compromised Judge saw nothing wrong in the PS participating in the By-Election campaigns, and using public resources in that regard.
Fortunately, the People know better and have openly called out the conflict of interest, and abuse of office by the PS.
PS Susan Mang'eni was left embarrassed after trying to deliver President William Ruto's greeting to Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST) students.
A video shows how the PS interacted with the students.
PS Susan Mang'eni: Mmepokea?"
Chants: "Wantam"
PS Susan Mang'eni: Ati nini?"
Chants: "Wantam."
PS Susan Mang'eni: "Wewe ndio wantam. Ati mnasema aje?
Chants: "Wantam."
PS Susan Mang'eni: "But of course I know you guys are joking."
Chants: "We are not."

@NelsonHavi Cromwell led parliament in unjust trial and execution of King Charles I for high treason. After change of regime, he was post-humously executed -His body exhumed & dragged through the streets. He was beheaded and his skull was hoisted in Westminster as a warning against traitors.
Oliver Cromwell was executed two and half years his death for his role in the trial of King Charles I.
Kabando Wa Kabando told me how Ndirangu was ostracized for his role in the capture of Dedan Kimathi.
I hear the modern day Cromwell and Ndirangu is Kimani Ichung'wah.

H E Rigathi Gachagua has been consistent in pointing out the rampant maladministration in the Government of President William Ruto, complete with incontrovertible facts and with elaborate proposals on what and how the right thing should be done. That is what an effective Alternative Government does.
