June is National Indigenous History Month. It is important to take the time to recognize the rich history, heritage, resilience, and diversity of First Nations, Inuit, and Metis Peoples across Canada.
Students and staff got a kick out of our "When We Were 17..." wall of youth in the library. Check out how our school staff looked when they were teens, mullets, perms, and all, as well as their top five music albums. Such a fun activity!
Happy to welcome two former students, Iman and Olivia, to showcase their Pink Project initiative. They are on a mission to make periods equitable for all by providing free feminine hygiene products in all public buildings. Thanks to our Equity and Well-Being team for organizing.
