@TrendStream 2/ It is fees held back that can be used to pay for example finality voters or supernodes in a layer 2 solution. This is being looked at actively at present to make a recommendation for how to structure for the public chain and will be communicated asap.

@arnul The opt-in mobile app is being submitted to app stores in the next few days, date of publishing depends on their approval process.

@m_j_gol1 Desktop wallet will be released in phases during Testnet soak (Sept to Dec). The acceptance of code onto a hardware wallet is under the control of the wallet so a firm commitment on the hardware wallet question specifically is not available right now but is expected pre-launch.

@TrendStream yes you will be able to create a multi-sig account on desktop wallet through TestNet. There are some bugs being fixed currently and we can't confirm if this will be available on Day 0 of TestNet yet.

@TrendStream We are proactively sending information to Exchanges and are happy to talk with them about supporting Opt-in. However, the decision to Opt-in is very much up to them.

@cameong It is still being considered. The SN fund was topped up by the Core team during this discussion, which was part of the strategy. It does need to be revisited and completed. We encourage the community to contribute and help drive this forward.
