@BBCWorld The bubble people live in. I wish i didnt know how people hid stolen goods and drugs. As a police officer we once strip searched somebody in custody after his own legal reps ipod went missing. We found it, with plug, up his prison pocket. Disgusting and impressive.

@KyleGordonMPS @metpoliceuk @CollegeofPolice Essentially we need to grow up. If we apparently cant trust pc's to use them correctly then we should at least give local supervision the ability to debrief. Of course sensible use is a must but we pay officers £40k to make decisions - let them!

Our firearms sgts have to okay all red dot usage and it causes cops to take physical risk rather than face retrospective analysis by unknown ranks. I can pava or baton somebody and nobody cares but a red dot is a world ender.
