@British_Airways please confirm where to issue a complaint about a flight change fee. I’ve tried the phone, and IF someone answers, I am told to do this via the online form. The online form replied that I need to call. I’m getting increasingly frustrated with this dance.

@British_Airways No one answers your phone & every email I send asks me to phone in. What am I supposed to do to resolve this? Come to your head office in person? This is utterly ridiculous. Please arrange for someone in your customer services management to contact me directly to discuss a refund

@British_Airways @CaptYorkshire British airways made me downgrade my cabin because, during the pandemic, it was no longer available on the route. Then the flight was pushed back a year for Covid. Now they want me to pay £10k to change back to the original cabin. Furthermore they want £3k to change the dates.
