@Prasannasimha@drkeithsiau Only helpful in some. One fig contains only ~1 - 1.5 g fibre, but they are high in fructose and sorbitol (polyol) which will have an osmotic effect on non-absorbers.
Mixed fibre supplementation has better chance!
