My account @tiffikan has been erroneously permanently banned for over a 6 months, since the March wave of AI bans, which occurred again from July 29th to August 5th (enforcement bans), and I'm... He still hasn't been unbanned, which is simply appalling considering the ban was caused by a glitch in the moderation system.
Unfortunately, in over 60% of cases of false "permanent bans," you have a very slim chance of getting your account back due to a flaw in Roblox support and errors on the website itself.

1⃣ In the first case, and the worst one, as in my case, due to a website glitch, you simply won't see the appeal window on the Violations & Appeals page. The most terrifying thing is that the website's system error occurred after the erroneous decision. Enforcement bans (incorrect connection with an unknown account) offer an appeal window, but when the ban is issued due to a system error, it simply doesn't appear, and when you appeal via email, the moderators will redirect you to a non-existent window. I BROUGHT A BANNER FOR ABSOLUTELY NO REASON. My account was banned under an unknown account that I don't own. I'll explain below why these erroneous bans occur. SECONDLY, BECAUSE OF THIS SECOND GLIMPSE, I CAN'T EVEN APPEAL AGAINST THE ERRORS.

2⃣ In the second case, instead of a human moderator, you'll receive responses from stupid autoresponder bots, and you'll have to file over 1,000 appeals to get them to understand the problem. After a long time, they might eventually refund your account. BUT IT'S A BURDEN TO FILE 1,000-2,000 APPEALS TO GET AN ERRORS' BAN REMOVED, WRITING APPEALS EVERY DAY FOR 3-4 months - a year and a half! Erroneous bans should be justified immediately, but support is dragging it out for months.

🫠Currently, I believe that until this situation is resolved, every Roblox player is at risk, regardless of whether they're a developer with 10,000 CCU or a simple newbie. They can be banned at any time for absolutely no reason, and it's impossible to properly appeal the decision without going to court🫠

PLEASE pay attention to false bans in which a player is mistakenly associated with another account, and the player cannot even appeal this decision!!!
The problem itself began much earlier, even before this ban wave, in October 2025, and continues to this day. This is most likely caused by the system incorrectly recognizing the public IP address provided by public Wi-Fi! Because of this, people are being incorrectly banned. This has affected many people who used public Wi-Fi in a public place and then received an erroneous permanent ban for linking to an unknown account. Also, due to a glitch, not everyone sees a violation in the Violations & Appeals window, although it should appear for everyone banned for an alt account. Since then, after contacting support, the moderators ask everyone to use it. This window

My account @tiffikan was also affected by the first wave of EF bans on March 3rd and is still unfairly banned, which I can't even appeal due to a website error!
@Roblox please restore access to my@tiffikan account, which was mistakenly banned due to a moderation glitch, and completely fix the issue, as if it's not fixed, anyone could get the same mistaken ban again.

The situation with daily ban waves continues and shows no signs of slowing down. Unfortunately, my previous post about the Enforcement Bans issue went unnoticed by the Roblox staff. Therefore, I will be posting daily updates about these false bans until the issue is fixed.

🔴⚠️The platform is still experiencing an extremely unfavorable situation due to a serious AI moderation glitch, which can accidentally ban a user for ALLEGEDLY CONNECTING WITH AN ALT ACCOUNT that the mistakenly banned user never owned. This failure is caused by an incorrectly configured AI system⚠️🔴

‼️The main problem is that these decisions are made by a robot that can't filter anything. Also, when these bans are triggered by a system failure, the system simply doesn't have time to understand what happened to the user and doesn't provide the appeal window provided by the platform's rules for this type of ban. However, if it's triggered incorrectly, the system doesn't understand what happened and doesn't even provide the appeal window on the Violations & Appeals page. When you contact Roblox support through the support window, moderators will redirect you to a non-existent window and refuse to acknowledge its absence due to an error. @NeroCrafted @Roblox @robloxdevrel Roblox need to realize the effect this has on its developers, there's no valid reason for a complete termination in your case. Rather than just straight up terminate - inform them of the issue and actually help them and teach how to actually make it not become an issue.
