@pagb666 I'm not deleting this account, but just abandoning it most likely.
At least with Facebook I can contact my dad. This place? Nothing really keeping me here.
I deleted Twitter from my phone about 2 weeks ago and I'm not just opening it in a browser for the first time in ages.
This place really has devolved into Facebook 2. The only stable way to look at things is via the following tab, and even then it's poo.
The issue is algorithms tend to latch onto the wrong thing. I like some of @pagb666 posts because it is Doom mod related.
Algorithm: "Ah, it is because his posts are in Spanish. Here are some videos of men punching women, but in Spanish."
No you stupid machine!
@BrazenScull Today was the first I logged onto this platform for about 2 weeks. It's just Facebook now, but shorter posts and no family to keep me here.
I'm not going to delete the profile, but I'm likely to just log on once every month and think "oh yeah, this".
The argument seems to be "hiding likes means people will like racist stuff and weird porn."
The videos that I imagine folks are now actually clicking like on but don't want to bog down other folks timeline with:
Me and @Retroware are proud to announce the release of Iron Meat on September 26 this year! On Steam, Switch, PS 4-5, XBOX, EGS, GOG and ITCH!

@rubyrangerr I vaguely remember reading the Amiga Format with the review. It seemed to be liked a little less than Gloom, AB3D or Fears, but it was seen as good for the time.
@L1nko64 Coming from a console background is fine, especially for folks who got into the industry around the 360 era. I just find the Sony dedicated to be... odd.
@L1nko64 Yeah, he comes across as one of those jernos who crawled out of the woodwork in the late 2000s being edgy pricks who are hyper platform bias. For some reason they always seem to be very into Sony these days.
The gap between Japan and outside has shrunk in recent years, but there are still things that are a bit too niche for folks here.
Think of Final Fantasy in the US or Europe. Most know of it, but its one of those weeby things for the average person.
I'm going to keep saying over and over; Japan is not up in arms defending or fighting this. The majority of folks I know only have a vague idea of what Assassin's Creed is.
@OliverJia1014 Ps1, because European reasons. The only person with an N64 was that one rich kid who had 3 games. Everyone else had a chipped ps1 with 8 official games and about 50 copied ones.
"Right! Time to go out and have a walk!"
I step outside and I am hit with 36 degree heat with "fuck you" degrees of humidity.
"I will sit inside and play videogames"
I gave this a shot after seeing this trailer.
I know a lot of titles proclaim to be throwbacks, but this, with the weird small view area, the odd IU for controls and the simple world feels 1995 as heck. Like a random moment on Movies, Games and Videos.
