@DoorDash since CA law requires utensils be requested can’t you take that a default? I’m done w/ordering & not able to request utensils to be stuck w/o
them and sometimes eating w/my hands depending upon the situation. Do better.

@BjBrewhouse I’m trying to order dinner on DoorDash and can’t find an option to request utensils. I don’t want to assume they’re included since there’s a law in CA, I’m ordering from somewhere else because of this.

@Uber your app is super crap for areas where drivers are restricted from entering. Someone who is disabled, injured, or otherwise has limited mobility needs to see where the pick up area is BEFORE confirming ride so they know where to go without racking up wait fees.

Hey, @KPMemberService I hate reaching out this way again but I’ve had a specialist appt canceled twice. It’s urgent & time sensitive that I get in to be fitted for compression wear prior to long flights so that I can prevent another DVT or PE and the consequences from those.

Calling a US based co., @UPS, & sitting on hold for 2.5 hours to be connected to a rep & then finding out that all csr’s are off shored reaffirms my theory that corp tax rate should be equal to their % of service & support positions are off shored

2.5 hours to connect to a @UPS service agent to basically have them say “oh well, wait until tomorrow”

Also, when I called @UPS the cutesy automation said there would be something like a 20 minute hold for a live agent. This is how long I’ve been holding. I’m staying on at this point to make sure an actual complaint is taken and filed.

So, the @UPS driver can go to the wrong house and rather than send someone to deliver my package tonight I have to wait for tomorrow and hope the driver can figure out the address correctly then? I missed a drs appointment today for this.

@UPS tracking says delivery was attempted an hour ago but a driver has not been to my house. I’m sitting here with my front door open & would have heard anyone approach or knock on the storm door. There is no tag on my door of a missed delivery & there is no way to call an agent
